About Cindy
If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

With over 45 years of business experience, Cindy is known for her targeted, no-nonsense approach to solving problems, driving profitability and inspiring others to do the same. Her career spans senior management in a national financial services institution, ownership of a national executive search practice, and her current role as a Vistage Chair.
Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Cindy mentors high-performing business leaders with a rare blend of strategic insight and business acumen. She fosters bold thinking, challenges assumptions, and guides decision-making with clarity and conviction. Her Vistage groups are more than advisory boards—they’re communities of courage where leaders grow their businesses and their character.
She facilitates confidential, high-impact conversations that help leaders navigate complexity, seize opportunity, and stay accountable to their highest goals. With rigor and empathy, she asks the hard questions, celebrates wins, and draws on deep experience—whether guiding a strategic pivot, resolving personnel issues, or preparing for a major acquisition.
Cindy’s hallmark is her commitment to transformation. She listens, elevates, and empowers. Her members call her a catalyst for clarity—someone who sees the whole picture and helps them act with purpose. In a noisy world, she offers a steady hand, sharp mind, and enduring heart for leadership.
From 1981 to 1986, Cindy served in the U.S. Army Reserves with Secret clearance, supporting the Commanding Officers of the 10th Psychological Operations Battalion (10th PSYOPS) in St. Louis.
Since April 2021, she has been a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, contributing to market research within a global community of business professionals.
